This project integrates state-of-the-art lighting, ventilation and air conditioning technologies to provide optimal comfort for the occupants. Simulations of the thermodynamic behavior of the building were also performed for this project to ensure the comfort of the future occupants and to estimate the final energy consumption of the building. This new building meets the criteria of a passive building including a net heating consumption of 13 kWh/m²/ year < the 15 kWh/m² /year of the passive criterion. In order to optimize energy consumption for heat and cold production, the air conditioning of the various offices is provided by active reversible ceilings.
