This project is located on the former Renault Site in Antwerp, near the connection to Linkeroever. This new building will be a landmark at the entrance of the tunnel, counting 12 floors above ground at the right hand, and 6 floors above ground at the left side. Below ground there is a parking area of 7.000 m2, on the ground floor some small commercial areas around a green patio, and on the first four floors student rooms with spacious common areas. From the fifth floor up, there will be different kinds of apartments, built in a flexible way easy to adapt in the future.
