The renovation aims to transform the existing structure into an energy efficient and fossil free building. This building will be one of the most sustainable buildings in Brussels. The renovation maximizes the reuse of building materials. The façade is determined by the ambition to allow multiple uses at the same time. The façade will allow for different compositions of the building program, which will give additional value to adaptability, sustainability and ecological resources.
