Tour Astro
The “Astro Tower” project consists of the complete renovation (facades, finishing and technical) of the building comprising 33 floors above ground and 4 levels below. This building, delivered in October 2016, is occupied by the Brussels public employment service. In the development of this project, particular attention was paid to environmental criteria, the carbon footprint and the well-being of the occupants. Indeed, from the beginning of the project, the client wanted to achieve an exemplary project in terms of energy efficiency. The “Astro Tower” is also the first tower in Belgium to meet the “Passive” criteria that exceed the PEB requirements in force at the time of the application for authorizations.
