The Link

The new construction of two buildings is a whole new living and working environment in Antwerp. The Link is a sustainable, energy-efficient, comfortable and easily accessible buiding.
The buildings have a BREEAM excellent certificate, thanks to the fact that they are almost neutral in terms of energy consumption, having an excellent combination of thermal and acoustic comfort, as well as an abundance of natural daylight. Several sophisticated construction methods where used for the construction.
The Link is located near the Antwerpen Berchem railway station, and close to an intersection of multiple motorways (E17, E19 and E313). There is an underground car park with a capacity of 500 parking spaces, with 16 recharging units fort electrical cars.
The Office App will bring together all the amenities available in the building in a single application. It will be possible to order a meal, to book a car wash, to reserve one of the free bikes, to reserve a meeting room or parking spaces for customers, etc.
