The project is implanted on the zone foreseen for the construction, currently a common green zone (without hindering a future demolition of the existing boarding school). Leaning against the grove, the building, worked in length and horizontality, rests on the existing embankment and thus offers a new façade to the whole site from the main entrance on Avenue du Barry.
