Following from the RUP, a true architectural beacon, a landmark, is envisaged on this site. This new eye-catcher includes a hotel with 81 rooms and some 80 adjoining apartments. The apartments are located to the southwest for maximum sunlight and possible sea views for the penthouses on the highest floors. The apartments seek connection with the center. The hotel with its height accent stands out as soon as one drives towards the center and has a real gateway function. The hotel seeks connection with the camping enclave and the public zone for parking.
