This project is situated in the center of Brussels, and involves the renovation of four prestigous and historical buildings dating from before the 1970s. New structures will be incorporated into the refurbished buildings, and all together this Urban Renewal Project includes 224 apartments, 135 student rooms, 20.000 m2 office space, a hotel and commercial spaces. This 50.000 m2 project is surrounded by the Rue du Fossé aux Loups, Rue d’Argent, Rue des Boiteux, Rue Montagne aux Herbes Potageres. The historic Chambon complex won the award for Best Refurbished Building at the MIPIM Awards 2017 in Cannes.
