Célidée Molenbeek
The “Célidée” project consists of the construction of 3 new buildings with a total of 96 new homes and a crèche. This project was handed over in May 2018 and is currently partially occupied by already some tenants. It is imperative, in order to guarantee in addition to the energy efficiency of a project and the comfort of its occupants, that the collaboration between the different stakeholders (architects, engineers) is perfect and this, from the beginning of the design. From an energy point of view, the reinforced insulation and the technical performance of the different production equipment allow to reach energy classes varying from B+ to C-.
