Beaulieu

The project involves a major renovation of a European Commission building. These two buildings, formerly occupied by the European Commission, occupy an area of 24,500 m² and are notoriously outdated. As a result of the renovation, the building will have a surface area of 41,300 m². The aim of the renovation is a building without the use of fossil energy. It will meet the strictest EPB regulatory criteria, minimizing the long-term carbon footprint. The project includes the implementation of a geothermal installation and the installation of photovoltaic panels, as well as the development of a 5,000 m² green space and the integration of green roofs.
