Axa’s new headquarters is moving into a complex consisting of a new building and of two adjacent buildings that are being converted and renovated. This complex with an above-ground area of 32,800m² in the heart of Brussels has been designed in such a way that modernity and history blend pleasantly. The facades of the highly valuable historic building will therefore be preserved. In addition to the architecture, all the sustainable aspects of a modern building have been integrated into the project.From a sustainability point of view, the project has achieved BREEAM certification Very Good.
