Out of respect for the long-standing presence of the Ursuline Sisters on the site, the project will be named Ursulinenhof. The Ursulinenhof will consist of two volumes with a total of 104 residential units. On the ground floor will be wellness facilities, a grand café and commercial spaces. These will surround a newly constructed bicycle and pedestrian street that connects Groenplein with Schrijnwerkersstraat. In the middle, this passageway widens into a public plaza.
