The project includes the sites of bpost, Belgacom and, in cooperation with the Antwerp Care Company, the Sint-Maria residential care site in the Uitbreidingstraat in Berchem. The Mariahof master plan provides for a renovation of the Sint-Maria site and the possibility of a new office project on the section between Singel and Uitbreidingstraat. Due to the proximity of the Antwerp-Berchem station, commuting can also be done in a sustainable way.
