New building complex with 29 apartments, 34 approved assisted living homes as well as commercial spaces and daycare center.
The tallest building has 7 floors and a built-up area of
2.416 m2. On the ground floor there is retail space as well as the entrance to the underground parking. This parking provides parking for 64 cars. The total underground area amounts to 3,255 m2 and offers, in addition to parking, also space for the 61 private storage rooms and premises
for utilities. There are 22 apartments in this building.
Behind this head building are 3 buildings where 34 assisted living apartments and a nursery for 40 children are provided. The existing mansion will be partially expanded and completely renovated into an office with a training center. From this cluster of buildings a green connection will be provided to the 6th building, a new building that will accommodate 7 apartments spread over 3 floors and a commercial space on the first floor.
