Parc des collines
The Business Park “Les Collines de Wavre” is located north of Wavre, in the immediate vicinity of the E411 freeway. It has been developed since 1995 in successive phases, thus responding perfectly to market needs. The first five phases of the Park are spread over a 6.5 hectare site with 10 buildings totalling 35,000 m². The Park is located in a quality environment that benefits from the important social and service infrastructures that exist in the surrounding area. It emphasizes an exceptional living environment: a desire for contemporary and quality architecture, creation of small squares and large green spaces, burying of parking lots, low-rise buildings, etc. The sixth phase of the Park will be developed according to this same philosophy and will be certified by the BREEAM label.
