The partners of this urban renewal aim to transform the building into a mixed residential, office and hotel complex by 2024. The brief was to give the building an architectural interpretation appropriate to the project’s central location within the capital. It also aims to open up the current closed nature of the plinth so that it can communicate with its immediate surroundings. Located in the heart of the Belgian capital, Cityzen is easily accessible.
